What you'll do

Own the core infrastructure powering continuous delivery and data-driven culture for internal teams.
Build tools, SDKs, and statistical engines to enable safe code deployment and precise experience targeting.
Develop experimentation frameworks including split testing, sample size calculations, and guardrail metrics.
Manage high-scale platform primitives requiring sub-millisecond latency and high availability.
Design systems with targeting logic, multi-environment configurations, and role-based access controls.
Ensure product compliance with security and data privacy frameworks like SOC2 and GDPR.
Model developer and marketer workflows to create scalable, reusable platform primitives.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or any field with at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
Experience managing B2B platforms, infrastructure, or developer-facing tooling like APIs, SDKs, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud infrastructure (preferred).
Experience managing platform primitives with sub-millisecond latency, high availability, and high event throughput (preferred).
Experience building or scaling experimentation frameworks including split testing, statistical power, and guardrail metrics (preferred).
Experience designing systems with targeting logic, RBAC, approval workflows, and compliance guardrails like SOC2 or GDPR (preferred).
Experience modeling developer and marketer workflows into scalable platform primitives (preferred).
