Senior Product Manager, Feature Flagging

What you'll do

• Develop a roadmap to integrate feature flag decisions with observability signals like rollout gating and anomaly-triggered rollbacks.
• Design flagging workflows optimized for an AI-native software development lifecycle where agents write and merge code.
• Collaborate with internal observability, RUM, and APM teams to unify platform signaling.
• Make technical product decisions regarding server vs. client compute tradeoffs and browser vs. native app behaviors.
• Engage with engineers as a peer to review code and resolve complex technical trade-offs.
• Participate in deal cycles to help the sales team close enterprise flagging contracts.
• Create high-quality documentation and improve developer experience to bridge enablement gaps for the sales organization.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• You must have over 5 years of experience working closely with engineering teams and owning a product area end to end.
• You must have over 2 years of experience writing code that shipped to production through a full release cycle.
• You must have a technical understanding of software architecture, including server vs. client compute tradeoffs and browser vs. native app differences.
• You must have B2B experience, including helping close deals and managing developer documentation and experience.
• You must be AI-fluent with experience using agentic tools in the software development life cycle.
• You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with engineers as a peer.
• You must be based in New York City and able to work from the office three days a week.
• Prior experience with observability tooling, experimentation platforms, or distributed systems is preferred.
