Senior Manager, Oncology Payer and Channel Analytics

What you'll do

• Lead analytics and insights for assigned oncology indications to inform market access strategies.
• Develop pricing and contracting strategies for Health Plans, Specialty Pharmacies, PBMs, and GPOs.
• Use data science and claims analysis to identify market dynamics and quantify risks or opportunities.
• Analyze the impact of utilization management, tiering, and medical policies on demand and co-pay support.
• Conduct investigative analytics to validate and quantify competitive tactics and market phenomena.
• Identify value drivers to guide clinical data development and brand positioning.
• Manage external suppliers and stakeholders to deliver actionable insights from complex data sets.
• Communicate market access recommendations and findings to cross-functional leadership and stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of professional experience.
• 4+ years of related industry experience in marketing, sales, market access, and/or commercial analytics.
• Excellent communication skills and strong storytelling ability to translate complex information into compelling messages.
• Master’s degree or MBA (preferred).
• Technical skills including SQL, R, Python, Dataiku, Claude Code, and/or Power BI (preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of syndicated pharmaceutical data sources (preferred).
• Oncology experience, market access expertise, and pharmaceutical marketing analytics experience (preferred).
