What you'll do

Develop Android client code solutions that adhere to engineering best practices and design guidelines.

Manage a team of mobile developers while providing subject matter expertise and leadership.
Mentor junior and mid-level team members to improve their technical skills.
Review pull requests to ensure adherence to Kotlin idioms and other language standards.
Identify technical obstacles early and work with the team to find creative solutions.
Share best practices and improve engineering processes within and across sprint teams.

What we're looking for

At least 6 years of professional software engineering experience.
At least 4 years of people management experience.
At least 4 years of experience building Android applications.
At least 3 years of experience with Kotlin.
Master's Degree (preferred).
7+ years of people management experience (preferred).
7+ years of experience building Android applications (preferred).
4+ years of experience with Kotlin (preferred).
4+ years of experience in open source frameworks (preferred).
2+ years of experience with Agile practices (preferred).
Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity (preferred).
