What you'll do

Develop Android client code solutions that adhere to engineering best practices and design guidelines.
Own and lead the delivery of major components and platform needs in partnership with architects.
Manage a team of mobile developers while providing SME-level leadership and mentorship.
Review pull requests to ensure adherence to Kotlin and other language idioms.
Identify technical obstacles early and work with the team to find creative solutions.
Share best practices and improve processes within and across sprint teams.
Participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure team commitments are delivered on time and with high quality.

What we're looking for

At least 6 years of professional software engineering experience.
At least 4 years of people management experience.
At least 4 years of experience building Android applications.
At least 3 years of experience with Kotlin.
Master’s Degree (preferred).
7+ years of people management experience (preferred).
7+ years of experience building Android applications (preferred).
4+ years of experience with Kotlin (preferred).
4+ years of experience in open source frameworks (preferred).
2+ years of experience with Agile practices (preferred).
Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity (preferred).
