Senior Manager, Medical Economics

What you'll do

• Execute data governance activities for Aetna Data Lakehouse assets on Google Cloud Platform.
• Manage domain ownership of Aetna claims data and lead data quality initiatives.
• Align finance priorities and investments with data governance activities and corporate strategy.
• Coordinate with DDAT Data Governance teams to align enterprise goals with Lakehouse data assets.
• Support Data Stewards in the maintenance and management of the Data Portal.
• Provide expert technical insight into Aetna data applications for DDAT partners and governance teams.
• Build strategic partnerships with business stakeholders across the Health Care Business.
• Translate complex data assets into meaningful business outcomes, analytics, and performance measurements.

What we're looking for

• 5–8 years of finance experience in strategic, analytical, or operationally-focused roles.
• Expert knowledge in the relevant data domains or a high level of self-motivation to learn quickly.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships quickly and express ideas clearly and logically from a cross-functional perspective.
• Knowledge of claims data within source data from ACAS, HRP and QNXT adjudication platforms (preferred).
• Knowledge of data governance, data enablement, and moving data into GCP (preferred).
• Experience with data quality, creating and managing materiality metrics (preferred).
• Advanced skills in SQL, web-based query tools, reporting, forecasting, financial modeling, and trend analysis (preferred).
• Bachelors Degree.
