What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in HR compliance or employment law.
  • 5+ years applying U.S. employment law across multiple states.
  • 3+ years building and implementing HR compliance programs.
  • Experience managing people and partnering with Legal/Compliance functions.
  • Expertise supporting audits, including controls, documentation, and remediation.
  • History of delivering compliance training to HR staff and managers.
  • Background in multi-state or complex organizational environments.
