The role addresses the challenge of maintaining robust cyber resilience and regulatory compliance within a highly regulated environment through advanced technology integration and strategic oversight.

What you'll do

  • Develop multi-year strategies, annual operating plans, and organizational roadmaps for the Global Cyber GRC department.
  • Create executive dashboards and reports that translate complex cybersecurity data into clear business insights for leadership.
  • Lead a team responsible for reporting, performance metrics, data analysis, and executive communications.
  • Modernize and automate Cyber GRC processes using artificial intelligence, workflow automation, and analytics tools.
  • Manage budget planning, workforce planning, resource allocation, and financial tracking for the organization.
  • Monitor strategic initiatives to provide leadership with visibility into progress, risks, and remediation priorities.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders in Legal, Audit, and Risk to improve reporting on controls and compliance.

What we're looking for

  • At least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, risk management, compliance, governance, controls, technology risk, audit, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting senior executives through strategic planning, organizational governance, executive communications, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated experience leading Cyber GRC programs and translating complex requirements into measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of frameworks including NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT, CIS Controls, FFIEC, PCI DSS, and SOX.
  • Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, business administration, information technology, risk management, or a related discipline.
  • Master's degree (preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Power BI for developing executive presentations, dashboards, and performance reports.
  • Experience implementing AI-enabled solutions and workflow automation tools to improve governance and compliance processes.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or CGEIT (preferred).
  • Experience supporting a CISO-level organization and leading large-scale Cyber GRC transformation initiatives (preferred).
  • Experience in highly regulated industries like financial services, credit reporting, banking, insurance, or healthcare (preferred).
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or experience applying structured process-improvement practices (preferred).
