What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and teams specializing in distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
Drive the end-to-end design and implementation of large-scale, cloud-native systems with high reliability requirements.
Manage and mentor lead engineers while developing succession plans to scale leadership capabilities across teams.
Define multi-year technology roadmaps and investment priorities in partnership with product, architecture, and platform leaders.
Lead multiple Agile engineering teams to deliver large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and technical transformations.
Align engineering execution with enterprise goals by influencing portfolio-level decisions and trade-offs.
Oversee the development of robust cloud-based solutions using AWS tools and various programming languages like Java, Python, and Go.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
At least 6 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 3 years of experience with public cloud platforms, cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.
At least 3 years of people management experience.
Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
Experience leading architectural design reviews and influencing enterprise-wide technical standards (preferred).
Experience with database management systems, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing frameworks (preferred).
Experience coding in multiple languages including Go, Java, JavaScript, Python, Rust, C#, or Scala (preferred).
