What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and teams specializing in distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
Deliver robust cloud-based solutions using AWS tools, container orchestration, and various programming languages like Java, Python, and Go.
Manage multiple Agile engineering teams to ensure the delivery of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
Partner with product and architecture leaders to define multi-year technology roadmaps and investment priorities.
Mentor engineering talent and develop succession plans for Lead Engineers to scale leadership capability.
Drive alignment between engineering execution and enterprise goals by influencing portfolio-level decisions and trade-offs.
Oversee the end-to-end design and implementation of high-performance, cloud-native systems.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
At least 6 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 3 years of experience with public cloud platforms, cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.
At least 3 years of people management experience.
Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
1+ year of experience leading architectural design reviews and influencing enterprise-wide technical standards (preferred).
4+ years of experience with database and database management systems (preferred).
4+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing frameworks (preferred).
