Senior Manager, Agile Practice Management

What you'll do

• Oversee and coordinate Scrum events while identifying and removing obstacles that hinder team progress.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members and stakeholders to foster effective communication.
• Support the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Develop policies and procedures to establish an agile governance framework across the organization.
• Collaborate with departments to develop project management tools, tracking systems, and automation frameworks.
• Lead agile teams on the adoption roadmap and secure buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
• Conduct research on emerging agile concepts and industry benchmarks to drive continuous improvement.
• Deliver insights into the progress and outcomes of agile initiatives through effective reporting.

What we're looking for

• 7-10+ years of experience in technical project execution and delivery.
• ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) or related certification required.
• Adept at execution and delivery skills including planning, delivering, and supporting.
• Adept at business intelligence, collaboration, and teamwork.
• Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills.
• Mastery of growth mindset skills including agility and developing yourself and others.
• Resource manager or people leader experience (preferred).
• Healthcare background with focus on Medicare and Medicaid lines of business (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification (preferred).
