What you'll do

Lead an electrical engineering team in creating embedded compute solutions for vehicle management, DSP, and networking.
Manage the full PCB development cycle for host boards including requirements, schematic capture, layout, and integration.
Develop and improve workflows throughout the FPGA and HDL design cycle.
Create and maintain detailed product development schedules to ensure team members meet deadlines.
Establish a scalable strategy for rolling out compute solutions across the organization.
Oversee the design of high-performance hardware involving FPGAs, SoCs, and SoMs.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
7+ years of experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex board designs in military, automotive, or similar hardware.
Experience leading an Electrical Engineering team focused on Digital Design.
Proficiency in an HDL language such as VHDL or Verilog.
Familiarity with common MCU, CPU, FPGA devices, and standard interfaces like Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI, PCIe, and USB.
Experience in design for signal integrity and power integrity.
Competence with test equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, thermal chambers, and automated testing.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
