What you'll do

Translate business questions into clear analytical requirements and production BI solutions.
Perform deep data discovery of source-to-target relationships, data lineage, and business rules.

Design and deliver intuitive, high-performing dashboards and semantic reporting layers in Power BI or Tableau.
Apply statistical and quantitative methods to conduct diagnostic and predictive analyses.
Design and maintain robust data quality controls, including validation and anomaly detection.
Document definitions, assumptions, and limitations to ensure data auditability and trust.
Build business cases for ROI and impact measurement tied to specific actions and outcomes.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s or equivalent degree with 4+ years of experience working with data insight solutioning.
BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Core Skills (preferred).
Proficiency in SQL and Python including pandas and data processing libraries.
Experience with BI and analytical tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
Expertise in data modeling, semantic layer design, metric modeling, and ETL practices.
Experience with cloud data warehouses and analytics platforms like Snowflake.
Knowledge in business statistics and quantitative methods for diagnostic and predictive insights.
Experience with stakeholder partnership, consultative communication, and data storytelling.
