What you'll do

Develop data models and algorithms to drive business results and value.

Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on advanced research and analytical findings.
Manage the testing and validation process to monitor solution performance and risk.
Create data visualizations and analytics storytelling using tools like Tableau, Looker, and Python.
Develop and implement data analysis strategies to anticipate future trends across analytics functions.

What we're looking for

Master's degree in a quantitative field and 2 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or statistics.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 4 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or statistics.
Experience using SQL for analytics, including joins, CTE, window functions, and query optimizations.
Experience using Python and R for statistical analysis, data wrangling, modeling, and reproducible notebooks.
Experience with Statistical Modeling, including Regression, Classification, Unsupervised learning, and diagnostics.
Experience with measurement and attribution methodologies, including incrementality, MMM, and MTA.
Experience with A/B Testing and Experimental Design, including Randomization, Power Calculation, and guardrails.
Experience with data visualizations and analytics storytelling using Tableau, Looker, Power BI, and Python Viz.
