Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Analytics & Data Engineering

What you'll do

• Research and develop state-of-the-art AI/ML solutions and tools for training, deploying, and monitoring models.
• Design secure and private systems that protect user privacy while maintaining high performance at scale.
• Build and maintain large-scale ML infrastructure including services, pipelines, and deployment tooling.
• Develop distributed data processing workflows using technologies like Ray or Spark.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews and design reviews to ensure system maintainability and resilience.
• Implement robust test automation to uphold high engineering standards for AI/ML systems.
• Lead technical initiatives from initial concept through to production.

What we're looking for

• PhD or Master's degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 to 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML engineering.
• Expert proficiency in Python and/or Java/Scala with deep knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Solid understanding of traditional machine learning algorithms and cutting-edge genAI technologies.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Proven experience with large-scale distributed data processing technologies like Ray or Spark.
• Experience developing and maintaining large-scale ML infrastructure and deployment tooling (preferred).
• Proficiency in leveraging Generative AI and LLM assistants across the software development lifecycle (preferred).
