What you'll do

Design, build, and optimize large-scale ML platform services for internal teams.
Build end-to-end embedding and retrieval paths including model fine-tuning and vector index serving.
Build and operate a consistent feature store for both training and serving paths.
Develop optimization capabilities for model routing, caching, and inference efficiency.
Build managed training services for supervised fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, and distillation.
Implement governance and compliance capabilities including lineage, policy enforcement, and cost observability.
Operate production services and handle on-call responsibilities.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience building production ML systems or ML infrastructure.
Strong programming skills in Python and/or Rust/Java.
Understanding of end-to-end machine learning workflows from data preparation through deployment.
Experience with distributed systems and large-scale data processing.
Experience with model serving, inference optimization, or ML pipeline engineering.
Experience building APIs and services that other engineers consume.
BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with LLM inference optimization, model serving frameworks, and fine-tuning workflows (preferred).
