As a Senior Lead Software Engineer - Python, Full Stack / AI within the Treasury Technology team, you will lead the construction of an end-to-end data platform to manage Capital, Liquidity, Balance sheet, Funding, and billing. You will develop full-stack applications featuring React and TypeScript frontends with Python backends while building data pipelines on Databricks and Snowflake platforms. A core component of this role involves integrating large language models like Claude and ChatGPT into the software engineering lifecycle for requirements analysis and agentic development. You will establish best practices for prompt-driven design, ensure system determinism in regulated environments, and oversee AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality. The work focuses on solving complex financial problems involving Risk and PnL in Markets, specifically addressing Treasury concepts like Fixed Income and Derivatives within a multi-public cloud environment including AWS.
Build an end-to-end data platform to manage Capital, Liquidity, Balance sheet, Funding, and billing.
Develop full-stack applications using React/TypeScript for UI dashboards and Python for backend servers.
Deliver data pipelines and ETL processes on Databricks and Snowflake platforms.
Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into the software engineering lifecycle as controlled, reliable components.
Translate business and regulatory requirements into technical specifications using LLM-driven analysis.
Establish best practices for prompt-driven design to ensure determinism and traceability in regulated environments.
Supervise agentic development and AI-assisted engineering to improve code quality and delivery speed.
Ensure all AI-driven systems meet enterprise standards for security, reliability, and risk management.
What we're looking for
Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Strong Python skills and familiarity with agentic development (ADLC).
Demonstrated leadership in engineering, architecture, and stakeholder management.
Experience in database design and modeling on modern platforms like Databricks and Snowflake.
Hands-on experience using co-pilot or Claude-code to deliver end-to-end applications.
Working understanding of multi-public cloud environments with exposure to AWS Cloud.
Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in large corporate environments using modern programming and database querying languages.
Knowledge of Financial Markets, Products (Fixed Income, Derivatives), and Treasury concepts (preferred); experience in Risk and PnL in Markets (preferred).
