Senior Lead Product Manager

What you'll do

• Plan and implement an architectural roadmap balancing design, technical implementation, regulatory requirements, and profitability.
• Design and drive product strategy with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with the shared product vision.
• Manage and mentor a team of three product managers while assigning duties to content strategists and data scientists.
• Set up data-gathering mechanisms and lead workstreams for analytics, customer discovery, and market research.
• Oversee profitability measures, including budget management and financial performance tracking.
• Advance technology and platform capabilities with Engineering to build durable differentiation for customers.
• Plan operational mechanisms such as Product Reviews and Business Reviews to drive execution and accountability.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• Ten years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
• Seven years of experience building FinTech products with regulatory compliance.
• Experience in developing payment systems, billing infrastructure, and scalable platforms for high-volume transactions.
• Experience in internationalization, localization, and developing lending or credit products.
• Eight years of experience using Agile software development methodologies.
• Experience in data analytics, A/B testing, user research, and market analysis.
