What you'll do

Ship full-stack product features end-to-end across the frontend, backend, and data layers.
Build AI-powered experiences using LLMs, embeddings, and related techniques to create user value.
Own the entire delivery lifecycle from initial scope and design through launch, monitoring, and iteration.
Solve ambiguous, technically challenging problems with pragmatic and scalable software solutions.
Partner with product and design teams to shape requirements, roadmaps, and success metrics.
Improve product performance, reliability, and quality at an enterprise scale.
Contribute to engineering culture through code reviews, tooling, and process improvements.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in professional software development.
Proven experience shipping production full-stack web applications.
Hands-on experience applying AI/ML in product, including LLMs and embeddings.
Experience with modern web frameworks such as Rails, React, Postgres, and AWS (preferred).
Experience with enterprise SaaS, especially B2B marketing or sales tech (preferred).
Experience with real-time systems, chat, messaging, or event-driven architectures (preferred).
Familiarity with Salesforce/CRM integrations (preferred).
Experience building agentic systems or autonomous tool-using workflows (preferred).
