What you'll do

Lead high-level "Future State" architecture workshops to map how Braze interacts with various enterprise technology stacks.
Manage technical stakeholders by addressing concerns from engineering, security, data governance, and systems integration teams.
Identify potential technical blockers early in the sales cycle and design scalable workarounds.
Design and lead proof-of-value engagements to provide prospects with evidence for confident technical selection.
Assess delivery constraints and surface risks before closing to ensure proposed solutions are production-ready.
Develop best-practice blueprints and standard architectures for common enterprise scenarios to be reused across the organization.
Act as a public advocate by speaking about Braze integration architecture at conferences and industry events.

What we're looking for

Must have 7+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Enterprise Architecture.
Experience at B2B SaaS or data platform companies is required.
Proficiency in API and SDK technologies is required.
Expertise in advanced system design for composable solutions and various integration methods is required.
Deep knowledge of data strategy, including ingestion, cleansing, and pipeline tools like dbt or Snowflake is required.
Experience with marketing technology (email, mobile, database) and lifecycle/loyalty marketing is required.
Pre-sales experience is preferred.
Hands-on familiarity with martech platforms, CDPs, and the modern data stack is preferred.
