What you'll do

Lead "Future State" architecture workshops to map how Braze integrates with various enterprise technology stacks.
Manage technical stakeholders across engineering, security, and data governance teams to address complex concerns.
Identify potential technical blockers early in the sales cycle and design scalable workarounds.
Design and lead proof-of-value engagements to provide prospects with evidence for technical selection.
Assess delivery constraints and risks to ensure proposed solutions are viable in production environments.
Develop best-practice blueprints and reusable patterns for common enterprise scenarios across the organization.
Represent the company as a technical evangelist at conferences and industry events.

What we're looking for

Must have 7+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Enterprise Architecture.
Experience must be within B2B SaaS or data platform companies.
Proficiency in API and SDK technologies is required.
Expertise in advanced system design for composable solutions and various integration methods is required.
Deep knowledge of data strategy, including ingestion, cleansing, and pipeline technologies like dbt or Snowflake.
Experience with marketing technology, including email, mobile, database, and lifecycle marketing is required.
Familiarity with martech platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud), CDPs (e.g., Segment), and the modern data stack (e.g., Snowflake) is preferred.
Pre-sales experience is preferred.
