Senior Lead Data Architect

What you'll do

• Advise on and lead information architecture strategy across multiple products, applications, and technologies.
• Translate complex technical issues and architectural trends into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Establish and lead an architecture governance body to define standards, metrics, and guardrails.
• Create durable, reusable frameworks to improve development velocity and output quality across teams.
• Reduce tooling duplication and clarify ownership while maintaining authoritative technology status and lifecycle governance.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI capabilities for enterprise fit and adoption readiness.
• Establish portfolio-level guardrails for AI-assisted workflows to ensure traceability, auditability, and security.

What we're looking for

• Formal training or certification on information architecture concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
• Practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability in enterprise-scale environments.
• Deep expertise in data management architectures including relational, NoSQL, and graph database technologies.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and processes for managing data pipelines, warehouses, and lakes.
• Proficiency in data analytics, data mining tools, and data governance frameworks.
• Extensive practical cloud-native experience with a strong understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud operational models.
• Demonstrated experience leading the safe adoption of enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within architecture workflows.
• Advanced certifications in cloud, enterprise architecture, IT service management, site reliability engineering, or security (preferred).
