Senior IT Systems Administrator

What you'll do

• Provide white-glove technical support for hardware, software, and network issues to executives and employees.
• Deploy, configure, and manage MacBooks and peripherals using MDM software.
• Maintain the office network, including Cisco Meraki equipment, firewalls, switches, and routers.
• Support and troubleshoot audio-visual systems and live equipment for meetings and large events.
• Manage office security systems, including facial recognition, cameras, and card readers.
• Execute business continuity and disaster recovery plans, including testing backups and restoring systems.
• Partner with the cybersecurity team to enforce security policies and remediate incidents.
• Use AI tools to streamline troubleshooting, debugging, and routine IT tasks.

What we're looking for

• Ability to work onsite at the New York City office, Monday through Friday, full-time.
• 3+ years of experience deploying, configuring, and administering macOS systems, MacBooks, and peripherals.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing support role, including white-glove technical support for executives.
• Experience with MDM (Iru, Workspace ONE), Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, and network troubleshooting.
• Hands-on networking experience with Cisco Meraki, firewalls, managed switches, VLANs, and routers.
• Experience with conference room systems and A/V installations, including Zoom Rooms or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting business continuity and disaster recovery, including plan testing, backup, and system restoration.
• Experience with Linux and Windows Server, Golang, Python, shell, Terraform, Ansible, or running live A/V for large events (preferred).
