Senior IT Project Lead

What you'll do

• Lead and direct project teams engaged in global initiatives across functional and regional organizations.
• Manage all facets of projects from initial intake through implementation and final closure.
• Ensure project adherence to corporate and IT policies, standards, scope, cost, and schedule.
• Provide technical and analytical guidance and recommendations to leadership governance bodies.
• Deploy new technical capabilities including GenAI, advanced analytics, and robotics connected to SaaS systems.
• Coordinate tasks across multiple third parties including SaaS vendors, systems integrators, and MSPs.
• Manage budgets by forecasting, managing actuals, and requesting necessary funding.
• Communicate work products and tasks clearly across all internal and external stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Must possess an advanced degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Must have demonstrated success with IT project management deploying global systems.
• Must have experience coordinating tasks across multiple 3rd parties such as SaaS vendors, SI, and MSPs.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
• Experience navigating internal matrixed team structures (preferred).
• Experience managing budgets including forecasting, managing actuals, and requesting funding (preferred).
• Experience managing programs/projects that deploy SaaS systems with complex architecture and multiple integrations (preferred).
