What you'll do

Manage the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent IT projects from initiation through closure.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
Develop comprehensive project plans including task lists, resource allocation, and timelines.
Identify and manage project risks by developing mitigation strategies and escalating issues as necessary.
Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
Ensure adherence to SAFe Agile methodologies and other organizational project management standards.
Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to improve internal processes and tools.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in IT project management with a track record of delivering complex projects.
PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred).
SAFe 6.0 Senior Scrum Master or RTE Certification (preferred).
Experience delivering projects using multi-mode methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
Experience managing enterprise-level software implementations, infrastructure upgrades, or system integrations.
Proficiency in project management software such as Jira or Smartsheet.
Experience in the healthcare or medical-surgical industry (preferred).
