Senior IT Professional, Medical Devices

What you'll do

• Coordinate the technology lifecycle and operational support of medical devices across Primary Care clinics.
• Manage new device installations, replacements, upgrades, configuration changes, and technology refresh activities.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex medical-device issues impacting providers and clinical staff.
• Coordinate with device manufacturers and third-party vendors for technical support, maintenance, and escalations.
• Drive medical-device technology compliance and risk remediation activities, including VITs, IOPs, and vulnerabilities.
• Act as the central point of coordination between clinic operations, infrastructure, security, and other enterprise teams.
• Maintain documented operational processes, including setup/configuration documentation and functional testing for software or drivers.
• Proactively identify and coordinate remediation plans for aging, unsupported, or high-risk medical technology.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience supporting complex enterprise technology environments.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating work across multiple technology teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Strong problem-solving and incident-resolution skills to drive complex issues from identification through closure.
• Experience with technology risk, vulnerability remediation, compliance, change management, or IT governance processes.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with technical teams, vendors, and clinical staff.
• Experience supporting medical devices, clinical technologies, or healthcare IT environments (preferred).
