What you'll do

Manage upstream data and accounting changes in systems like Oracle EBS or HFM/FCCS.
Assess the downstream impact of upstream changes and design necessary integration projects.
Define development and testing plans for upstream source changes and system cutovers.
Develop and amend data pipelines to seamlessly adopt upstream changes across the ecosystem.
Monitor data flow integrity and data quality to ensure the stability of financial data pipelines.
Define proactive alerting mechanisms to identify and resolve uncommunicated upstream issues.
Consult with accounting partners to design technical solutions for new booking entry requirements.
Translate complex financial and accounting requirements into scalable technical system specifications.

What we're looking for

5+ years of hands-on experience in financial systems integration, application development, or data engineering.
A blend of an accounting/financial analyst background alongside robust technical execution skills.
Extensive experience developing and integrating within EPM systems (e.g., Oracle EPBCS, HFM, FCCS) and core ERP systems (e.g., Oracle EBS).
Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial and accounting requirements into scalable technical system specifications.
Experience working with and analyzing large data volumes.
7+ years of hands-on experience in financial systems integration, application development, or data engineering (preferred).
Background in technology consulting or as an implementation partner with a track record of converting specifications into system builds (preferred).
Strong technical proficiency in SQL and Python for data pipeline development, querying, and management (preferred).
