Integration Engineer III

What you'll do

• Build and maintain the underlying operational aspects of the platform while remediating security vulnerabilities.
• Monitor support channels to address customer questions and resolve technical issues.
• Manage Google Workspace features, implementing updates and improvements as needed.
• Improve file storage processes, governance, audit, legal, and retention standards.
• Intake, provision, and deploy solutions across various lines of business.
• Ensure the availability, resilience, and scalability of the platform infrastructure.
• Develop and utilize scripting languages like Python, SQL, and HTML to automate tasks.
• Manage API-based integrations using tools such as Docker, Ansible, Terraform, and AWS services.

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of experience supporting or maintaining cross-platform integrations or system connectivity.
• At least 3 years of experience developing or supporting API-based integrations using scripting or orchestration tools.
• At least 1 year of experience driving testing, testing frameworks, or integrating new platforms.
• Experience with scripting languages including HTML, Python, SQL, and Robo-copy.
• Working knowledge of container orchestration (Docker, ECS), configuration management (Ansible, Terraform), and AWS tools.
• Strong experience in application security, logging, monitoring, and data security/integrity.
• Experience with content management for data classification, labeling, encryption, and pipelines.
• 4+ years of experience working in a cloud-based environment (AWS, Azure, GCP) (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience with deployment tooling like Jenkins, GitHub, or Artifactory (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in Agile practices (preferred).
• Experience managing identity and access within systems (preferred).
• 4+ years of experience implementing or maintaining API-based integrations (preferred).
• Experience collaborating with architects to define integration frameworks and reference architectures (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience automating infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar technologies (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience administering Google Workspace or a similar enterprise productivity suite (preferred).
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools like CloudWatch, Splunk, or Datadog (preferred).
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading small integration-focused initiatives (preferred).
