What we're looking for

6+ years of experience in instructional design for enterprise learning solutions
Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Captivate, SCORM/xAPI packages
Deep understanding of adult learning principles and Section 508 requirements
Experience with Agile methodologies and managing multiple priorities
Strategic use of AI to enhance learning solution innovation and efficiency
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field; advanced degree preferred
PMP or ATD/ISPI certification preferred, especially for HCIT projects
