What we're looking for

3+ years of curriculum development or instructional design experience in a technical field.
Proven ability to work with SMEs to create structured learning paths and materials.
Expertise in instructional design models like ADDIE, SAM, Gange’s, and Merrill’s theories.
Strong project management skills including scope planning, stakeholder alignment, and monitoring.
Experience developing training content for various modalities such as ILT, VILT, eLearning.
Secret security clearance required.
