What you'll do

Design and develop interactive CAD-based training modules using Cortona3D/RapidLearning for Teamcenter.
Create high-quality graphics, animations, and media assets for technical training content.
Collaborate with SMEs to storyboard and script course content aligned with learning objectives.
Test eLearning files for functionality, responsiveness, and LMS compatibility.
Maintain project documentation and ensure version control across all content assets.

What we're looking for

3+ years experience in engineering or technical training content development.
Expertise with RapidLearning for Teamcenter and familiarity with SCORM/xAPI standards.
Proficiency in creating 3D CAD graphics, animations, and other technical visual assets.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and digital accessibility standards.
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams including SMEs and designers.
Detail-oriented project management skills for multiple concurrent development projects.
