Senior Infrastructure Integration Engineer

What you'll do

• Audit Fab 1 infrastructure execution to extract best practices and critical lessons learned.
• Author and maintain the official policies, procedures library, and operational playbooks for infrastructure integration.
• Codify infrastructure integration processes to mitigate execution risks during the transition to Fab 2.
• Lead technical workshops with Infrastructure Operations teams to validate and refine standards before deployment.
• Integrate newly developed standards into the broader T1 Infra Technology framework.
• Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert for infrastructure integration standards for new hires and cross-functional partners.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or a closely related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience within a semiconductor infrastructure or operations environment.
• Proven track record of developing technical standards, SOPs, or operational playbooks in a high-tech or semiconductor setting.
• Deep functional expertise in infrastructure workflows, including procurement-to-installation cycles and construction-to-ops handoffs.
• Ability to perform comprehensive audits of infrastructure execution to extract best practices and lessons learned.
• Experience leading technical workshops with operations teams to validate and refine standards.
• Must be authorized to access information subject to U.S. export control laws or eligible for government authorization.
