Senior Information Security Analyst, IAM

What you'll do

• Analyze IAM processes, data, and workflows to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Execute core identity lifecycle activities including provisioning, de-provisioning, access management, and issue remediation.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, reporting, and operational artifacts to ensure consistency and transparency.
• Partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements and deliver IAM enhancements.
• Analyze metrics and operational data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
• Support control activities including evidence gathering, audit walkthroughs, and remediation follow-up.
• Identify manual processes and pain points to drive automation and workflow efficiency gains.
• Escalate operational issues and risks to leadership with clear facts and recommended next steps.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of Information Security Analysis experience or equivalent through work, training, military service, or education.
• 3+ years of identity and access management experience in provisioning, de-provisioning, certification, authorization, or authentication.
• Experience working in technology operations, information security, business controls, risk management, or financial services operations.
• Familiarity with IAM concepts including user access, role-based access control, privileged access, or identity lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting audits, control walkthroughs, issue remediation, or evidence collection.
• Ability to identify operational pain points and recommend practical, scalable improvements.
• Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, Saviynt, CyberArk, or Microsoft Entra ID (preferred).
• Familiarity with security compliance frameworks like ISO, NIST, SOX, or PCI (preferred).
