Lead Information Security Analyst, IAM

What you'll do

• Analyze and optimize IAM business operations to align with organizational security goals and business objectives.
• Oversee identity governance, user access policies, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Develop IAM business strategies, metrics, and reporting to measure program effectiveness and compliance.
• Support core IAM initiatives including RBAC, privileged access management (PAM), and identity lifecycle management.
• Manage the onboarding, offboarding, and access review processes to minimize security risks.
• Lead IAM projects focused on improving governance, workflow automation, and user experience.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable strategies.
• Monitor and enhance risk management processes to identify and mitigate security gaps.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience or equivalent through work, training, military service, or education.
• 3+ years of Identity Access Management (IAM) experience (preferred).
• 2+ years of Technology or Business Controls experience.
• 2+ years of Escalation Management or supervisory experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience in financial industry operations or systems.
• Experience with IAM technologies such as Okta, Saviynt, Microsoft Azure AD, CyberArk, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP) and compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage IAM projects, optimize processes, and drive operational efficiencies.
