What you'll do

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in high availability operations for public-facing services with paying customers
Proficient in leading incident management and cross-functional collaboration in a 24x7 environment
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
Solid understanding of Amazon Web Services infrastructure and serverless technologies
Ability to communicate effectively across various audiences during critical incidents
Analytical thinker with process orientation and energy for driving mitigation efforts
