What you'll do

Lead the design and rollout of new People technology solutions to support business needs.
Build integrations between HRIS, ATS, compensation tools, and performance management platforms.
Configure timekeeping and compliance policies in systems to ensure accurate pay and scheduling.
Identify manual processes and lead automation projects to improve data accuracy and reduce administrative work.
Conduct regular system audits and testing to maintain accurate, compliant, and secure People data.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR technology roles.
Hands-on experience with HRIS configuration, system builds, and implementations.
Familiarity with timekeeping systems and compliance policies for hourly workforces.
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis, including report building.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and compliance.
Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
Adaptability and passion for continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
