What you'll do

Serve as a strategic consultant, aligning with Talent Acquisition leadership on critical priorities.

What we're looking for

5+ years experience in people analytics or business intelligence with at least 2-3 years focused on Talent Acquisition.
Expert proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and analytical querying.
Advanced proficiency in designing, building, and maintaining interactive dashboards using BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Proven ability to develop sophisticated analytical frameworks and deliver actionable strategic recommendations from large datasets.
Deep understanding of key Talent Acquisition metrics, processes, and systems with experience influencing their data strategy.
Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex data clearly and persuasively to senior leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, or Human Resources.
