What you'll do

Configure timekeeping and compliance policies in systems to ensure accurate pay and scheduling.
Identify and automate manual processes to improve data accuracy and reduce administrative work.
Conduct regular system audits and testing to maintain accurate, compliant, and secure People data.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR technology roles.
Hands-on experience with HRIS configuration and end-to-end implementations.
Familiarity with timekeeping systems and compliance policies for hourly workforces.
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis, including report building.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and compliance.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
