As a Senior High Speed SerDes Validation Engineer on the DGX Server Product Engineering Team, you will own product validation from start to finish for GPU accelerated computing products. You will develop and implement complex automated test plans, manage resource planning, track coverage metrics, and resolve bugs before production release. Your daily work involves collaborating with ODMs, component suppliers, and QA teams across different time zones to ensure comprehensive coverage. You will design system level stress and performance testing strategies using Deep Learning and AI applications while solving hardware and software issues. Required expertise includes high speed IO validation, 50GBaud/s and above SerDes experience, and proficiency with Oscilloscopes and Digital Multi Meters. Technical skills include coding in C/C++, JS, and Python, alongside a strong understanding of DSP-based high-speed SERDES architectures and circuit and waveform analysis.

What you'll do

Own the full product validation lifecycle from test plan development to production release.
Develop and implement complex automated test plans for GPU accelerated computing products.
Design system-level stress and performance testing strategies using Deep Learning and AI applications.
Resolve complex hardware and software issues on high-performance GPU platforms.
Perform high-speed SERDES validation and performance tuning at speeds of 50Gbaud/s and above.
Develop and run real-world workloads and factory diagnosis tools for system validation.
Coordinate with ODMs, component suppliers, and QA teams to ensure complete test coverage.

What we're looking for

Ability to work on site in a hardware lab environment 5 days a week.
BSEE, BSCE, or equivalent experience.
6+ years of experience validating and debugging complex systems.
High-speed SERDES validation experience (50Gbaud/s and above) is a must.
Proficiency in coding with programming and scripting languages such as C/C++, JS, and Python.
Familiarity with lab instrumentations like Oscilloscopes and Digital Multi Meters.
Experience with datacenter products including system management, security, networking, and storage (preferred).
Familiarity with Ethernet and InfiniBand switch architectures (preferred).
