Senior Hardware Applications Engineer, Data Center

What you'll do

• Perform system design reviews for data center applications to ensure compliance with NVIDIA guidelines.
• Resolve complex integration issues related to thermal, mechanical, electrical, PCIe, and GPU interconnect interfaces.
• Drive platform configuration guides for x86 and ARM servers based on HPC and AI workload requirements.
• Conduct installation, configuration, and bring-up of enterprise server hardware in data centers.
• Analyze customer data to reproduce errors, resolve issues, or escalate problems as needed.
• Create technical collateral including product specifications, design guides, and application notes.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise data center products for x86 or ARM architecture.
• BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and experience reviewing enterprise system design and CPU architecture.
• Understanding of x86 and ARM server design including BMC, security, and out-of-band management.
• Proficient in using lab tools like oscilloscopes, multi-meters, logic analyzers, Linux, and Windows OS.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse technical audiences.
