What you'll do

Demonstrates expertise in preparing, installing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, replacing, and decommissioning IT datacenter equipment.
Provides guidance on standard processes and procedures for network and server equipment interactions.
Completes assigned tickets efficiently and assists less experienced technicians with complex tasks.
Conducts daily safety briefings and ensures compliance with EHS training and PPE use.
Mentors other technicians through on-the-job training in specific job focus areas.
Applies advanced diagnostics to quickly identify and resolve technical issues with minimal disruption.
Performs quality control activities and verifies work complies with safety protocols and standards.
