Senior Guidance Navigation and Control Engineer

What you'll do

• Perform GNC design and analyses for tactical and strategic missile systems.
• Conduct trajectory shaping and tuning of missile guidance and autopilot parameters.
• Generate and modify aerospace vehicle models and simulations using first principles.
• Implement algorithms and modify simulations in a C/C++ coding environment.
• Utilize MATLAB/Simulink to create high-fidelity models for tuning and requirements verification.
• Analyze real-time and post-test telemetry data to support system-level verification.
• Manage complex projects and maintain requirements traceability and documentation.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of relevant GNC Engineering experience.
• Graduate Degree and minimum 4 years of related experience.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
• M.S. in Aerospace or Electrical Engineering, or similar degree (preferred).
• Experience in analysis and design of control systems, 6DOF simulations, and flight control systems (preferred).
• Proficiency in C, C++, MATLAB/Simulink, Fortran, and Python (preferred).
• U.S. citizens.
