What you'll do

  • Lead design and development of guidance laws, flight control algorithms, and navigation filters.
  • Develop high-fidelity 6-DOF simulations for system performance evaluation and requirements allocation.
  • Integrate GPS/INS navigation solutions with sensor fusion techniques in denied environments.
  • Conduct Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) testing and analyze telemetry data for algorithm validation.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across modeling, simulation, and verification activities.

What we're looking for

  • US citizenship with active DoD Secret clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
  • Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
  • At least 8 years of experience developing GNC algorithms for missiles or air platforms
  • Expert proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, C++, and model-based design workflows
  • Experience with 6-DOF simulations, HWIL environments, and flight-test validated GNC algorithms
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
