What you'll do

Plan and execute system level T&E for hardware and software, focusing on resource planning.
Serve as lead or supporting test engineer for missile systems development, certification, and integration.
Develop requirements, create test plans, cards, updates, and reports for weapon systems testing.
Conduct ground and flight tests at private and government-owned ranges in accordance with safety protocols.
Investigate initial issues and contribute to process improvement during developmental test phases.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
8+ years of experience as a test conductor/director for aircraft, weapons, or missile systems.
Experience with MIL-STD standards and weapon system integration testing.
Understanding of National Airspace System and UAS operating rules.
Proven ability to plan, execute, and report on developmental test programs.
