  • Promoting a positive safety culture through training, mentoring, and process deployment.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for resolving all safety-related issues during development.
  • Collaborating with OEM and Tier1 partners to ensure timely and compliant joint safety engineering development.
  • Applying system safety methodologies such as FMEA, FTA, FMEDA, CPA in projects.

What we're looking for

  • At least 8 years of automotive development and integration for safety-related systems.
  • Deep understanding of ISO 26262, ISO 21448, and ISO 8800 standards.
  • Experience leading safety management efforts for ADAS or autonomous vehicle systems.
  • Application of system safety methodologies including FMEA, FTA, FMEDA, CPA.
  • Solid understanding of validation and verification processes for complex safety-critical systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
