What you'll do

  • Coordinate release content and efforts across multiple program/engineering managers responsible for individual components.
  • Balance risks and address issues affecting release scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Define measures of release quality using industry standards in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Establish metrics to assess the health of software releases and drive improvements through analysis.
  • Guide teams on accurate agile/scrum practices to enhance project management efficiency.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of recent Program/Project Management experience in software engineering projects.
  • Proven track record of leading medium to large programs, delivering successfully, and driving process improvements.
  • Ability to evaluate and implement new processes in complex organizations.
  • Experience managing releases with short cadence in multifaceted environments.
  • Strong background in autonomous vehicles, autonomy software integration, and machine learning.
  • Familiarity with Jira/JAMA for guiding teams in Agile/Scrum execution.
