The Senior Flight Test Engineer, Maneuver Dominance joins the Maneuver Dominance team to develop operationally relevant, multi-asset autonomy. In this role, you will plan, execute, and report on developmental and operational flight Test & Evaluation activities for Group 3 UAS. Your daily responsibilities include conducting rigorous testing to ensure performance and reliability, developing focused test plans for internal and customer trials, and implementing baseline safety plans to mitigate risks. You will work alongside engineers to coordinate testing across the US, UK, and Europe under civil and military approval schemes. Required expertise includes UAS integration, project management, and an understanding of the National Airspace System and UAS regulations. You must possess familiarity with rotary-wing and fixed-wing aerodynamics, flight control systems, and hold an FAA Part 107 certificate.
