The Senior UAS Flight Test Engineer joins the Maneuver Dominance team to develop operationally relevant, multi-asset autonomy. In this role, you will plan, execute, and report on developmental and operational flight Test & Evaluation activities for Group 3 UAS. Your daily responsibilities include conducting rigorous performance testing, developing focused test plans for internal and customer trials, and implementing baseline safety plans to mitigate risks. You will work with engineers to coordinate testing across the US, UK, and Europe under civil and military approval schemes. Required skills include experience in UAS integration, project management, and an understanding of the National Airspace System.
