As a Senior UAS Flight Test Engineer on the Maneuver Dominance team, you will plan, execute, and report on developmental and operational flight Test & Evaluation activities for multi-asset autonomy. You will conduct rigorous testing of Group 3 UAS to ensure performance and reliability while developing focused test plans and baseline safety plans to mitigate risks during internal and customer trials. The role requires coordinating tests under civil and military approval schemes across the US, UK, and Europe. Essential qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering, an FAA Part 107 certificate, and experience with rotary-wing and fixed-wing aerodynamics and flight control systems. You will work with complex and autonomous UAS to solve problems related to multi-asset autonomy and integrated platforms within the Lattice ecosystem while maintaining eligibility for a U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

What you'll do

Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of Group 3 UAS to ensure performance and reliability.

Manage and coordinate test and evaluation programs across the US, UK, and Europe.
Deploy to remote sites in the US and overseas to support field trials.
Provide regular progress reports and technical updates to program and leadership teams.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
3+ years of experience in UAS integration, testing, and project management.
FAA Part 107 certificate holder.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
Understanding of the National Airspace System and UAS regulations.
Familiarity with rotary-wing and fixed-wing aerodynamics and flight control systems.
Practical experience with large UAS testing and development.
Ability to travel over 75% of the time to remote locations in the US and overseas.
