What you'll do

Provide onsite technical support for large-scale datacenter deployments of NVIDIA AI solutions.
Solve complex hardware and deployment issues during the installation of AI computing systems.
Act as a technical specialist on GPU and networking products to support sales account managers.
Establish and maintain technical relationships with customer engineers, management, and architects.
Identify customer architectures and key product requirements within the enterprise AI market.
Provide technical and sales training to the direct sales team and channel partners.
Coordinate the implementation of new technologies and products into sophisticated projects.

What we're looking for

You must be a U.S. Citizen.
BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of work-related experience in the high-tech electronics industry in a system design or technical customer support role.
In-depth knowledge of servers, storage systems, network devices, and other data center hardware.
Expert analytical and problem-solving skills with strong time-management and organization skills.
Experience with large-scale rollouts of datacenter equipment (preferred).
Networking knowledge including TCP/IP, RDMA, RoCE, NICs, and Switches (preferred).
Embedded Linux System, APIs, and similar embedded OS knowledge (preferred).
