What you'll do

Provide onsite technical support for large datacenter deployments of NVIDIA AI solutions.
Resolve complex hardware and deployment issues within the datacenter environment.
Serve as a technical specialist on GPU and networking products to support sales account managers.
Establish and manage technical relationships with customer engineers, management, and architects.
Identify customer architectures and key product requirements in the enterprise AI market.
Provide technical and sales training to direct sales teams and channel partners.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position.
BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of work-related experience in the high-tech electronics industry in a system design or technical customer support role.
In-depth knowledge of servers, storage systems, network devices, and other data center hardware.
Experience with large-scale rollouts of datacenter equipment.
Networking knowledge including TCP/IP, RDMA, RoCE, NICs, and Switches.
Knowledge of Embedded Linux Systems, APIs, and similar embedded OS.
Knowledge of HVAC, cooling systems, power distribution, cabling, rack layout, and CPU Architecture.
