What you'll do

Provide onsite technical leadership for large-scale NVIDIA AI datacenter deployments.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware issues across GPU, networking, and storage technologies.
Act as a technical expert to support sales teams and drive adoption of NVIDIA solutions.
Lead technical engagements with customer engineers to identify system architectures and product requirements.
Support NVIDIA Cloud Partners and Enterprise customers to accelerate AI technology deployment in cloud environments.
Validate and scale production deployments for cloud partners and enterprise platforms.
Automate diagnostics and performance tuning using Bash, Ansible, and Python.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in system design or technical customer support within the technology industry.
Hands-on experience in cloud partner architecture, solution validation, deployment, and scaling activities.
Deep knowledge of datacenter hardware including servers, storage systems, and network devices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate across engineering and leadership teams.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to customers, partners, and datacenters.
Proven experience with large-scale datacenter rollouts and integration with NCP and Enterprise platforms (preferred).
Strong networking expertise across TCP/IP, RDMA, RoCE, NICs, and switches (preferred).
Proficiency in Bash scripting, Ansible, and Python programming (preferred).
Deep knowledge of GPU and DPU technologies, including NCCL (preferred).
Familiarity with signal integrity, thermal management, power distribution, and rack layout (preferred).
