As an Infrastructure Solutions Architect - OEM Deployment, you will join the team to provide onsite technical leadership for large-scale datacenter deployments and ensure seamless integration of AI systems. You will troubleshoot complex hardware issues across GPU, networking, and storage technologies while collaborating with sales teams and partners to drive adoption of enterprise solutions. The role involves engaging with customer engineers and decision-makers to identify system architectures in the enterprise AI space. Key technical requirements include expertise in TCP/IP, RDMA, RoCE, NICs, switches, CPU architecture, and embedded Linux systems. You will utilize Bash scripting, Ansible, and Python for automation and performance tuning. Additionally, you must possess knowledge of GPU and DPU technologies, NCCL, signal integrity, thermal management, power distribution, and cabling within industrial or ruggedized computing environments.
Provide onsite technical leadership for large-scale NVIDIA AI datacenter deployments and integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware issues across GPU, networking, and storage technologies.
Act as a technical expert to support sales teams in driving adoption of NVIDIA solutions.
Lead technical engagements with customer engineers and decision-makers to define system architectures and requirements.
Support NVIDIA Cloud Partners (NCP) and enterprise customers to accelerate deployment in cloud environments.
Automate diagnostics and performance tuning using Bash, Ansible, and Python across complex systems.
Manage the integration of high-performance communication technologies like NCCL for multi-GPU systems.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in system design or technical customer support within the technology industry.
Experience with cloud partner architecture, solution validation, deployment, and scaling activities.
Deep knowledge of datacenter hardware including servers, storage systems, and network devices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills to manage complex initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration across engineering and leadership teams.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to customers, partners, and datacenters.
Experience with large-scale datacenter rollouts, networking protocols (TCP/IP, RDMA, RoCE), and automation tools like Bash, Ansible, or Python (preferred).
